A Workout for Your Nervous System
Music-driven group breathwork that helps you regulate stress, build resilience, and feel more like yourself.

WHAT IS NERV?
A new category.
Emotional fitness.
You train your body. You see a therapist. But nobody taught you how to maintain your nervous system — the thing that runs every emotion, every decision, every reaction you have all day long.
nerv is group breathwork built for modern life. High-energy. Music-driven. Designed for people who have things to do. Not a retreat. Not a healing circle. A training ground.
45 minutes. A mat. Eyes closed. Music up. You'll leave feeling more like yourself than you have in a long time.
SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?
Walk in as you are
No preparation. No experience required.
Breath to the rhythm
Our guide leads you through a breathwork sequence set to a playlist you'd actually listen to on your own.
Leave different. Every time.
You might feel clear. You might feel emotional. You might feel like you finally put something down you've been carrying for months. All of that is right. That's the work.

THE STORY
I burned out at Amazon.
Then I found breath.
I spent 13 years in corporate. My last role was at Amazon. I was pregnant with my second daughter, running on empty, and one day I simply couldn't do it anymore.
I took a year off. And in that year, I walked into my first breathwork class. I laid on a mat, closed my eyes, and 45 minutes later I felt like someone had cleared a browser with 400 open tabs.
I walked out thinking: why isn't this everywhere? Why do people jump to medication, to therapy, to anything — before learning to use the one tool they were born with?
The answer was the experience. But the spiritual jargon, woo aesthetic, and tribal music repels the exact people who need it most. So I decided to build what I wished had existed — breathwork for people who would never describe themselves as spiritual.
nerv is the thing I needed and couldn't find. I'm betting a lot of other people need it too.
